我們常常會聽到「在天空中自由自在地飛行」,這句話其實是錯的!不管是在現實中,或者是虛擬網路內,只要在天空中飛,就必須要受到許多規範所限制。這些規範除了設計於維護飛航安全以外,在虛擬網路裡,遵守規範更是做為一個良好的飛行員必須具備的心態。
IVAO虛擬網路(IVAN)使用規範可以從IVAO文件資料庫(IVAO Documentation Library)中找到,其中有幾條規範是與連線飛行上的行為息息相關的,包含:
IR 2.1.3
The primary language for text and voice communication on the network is English. All users of IVAO need to have and apply a basic proficiency in aviation English both in voice and text. Divisions may allow or demand the use of additional languages and will have to publish these requirements on their website.
用於文字及語音溝通的主要語言為英文(English),所有IVAO的使用者需要具備且應用一定基礎的航空英語對話及文字。各分部門可能會允許或要求使用其他外語,這些要求將發布在該分部門的網站上。
IR 2.1.5
Users shall have basic knowledge of aviation procedures. This includes but is not limited to flight procedures, airspaces, radio-telephony.
使用者應具備基礎航空程序知識,包含但不限於:飛航程序、空域、無線電通話等。
IR 2.1.6
The GUARD frequency (121.500) shall only be used for emergency communications. It is prohibited to use GUARD for any other type of communication. Informing pilots ATC is online or requesting pilots to contact ATC are not emergency communications.
GUARD緊急頻率(121.500)僅提供緊急通訊使用,禁止使用緊急頻率進行任何其他類型的通訊。通知ATC服務上線、或是要求飛行員聯繫塔臺等,非屬緊急通訊類別。
IR 2.1.7
If a user requires assistance on the network the user can use the .wallop command to request assistance from a supervisor. The .wallop command shall include a short description of the situation. Users shall always follow supervisor or administrator instructions.
如果用戶在網路上遇到問題,可以使用 .wallop 指令來請求主管進行協助。在 .wallop 指令中應包含遭遇情況的簡短敘述。使用者應遵從主管或管理員的指示。
IR 2.1.8
Users connected to IVAN shall respond to voice and/or text communication which are considered equal and free of prioritising. Users connected as a pilot are allowed 15 minute breaks and ATC are allowed 5 minute breaks if traffic permits. Users not responding to a supervisor call via text within the maximum permitted break time or shorter if circumstances deem necessary, shall be deemed to be sandbagging and will be disconnected from the network. Additionally, the user could be suspended according to the suspension table and/or online statistics could be deleted.
使用者在連線到IVAO虛擬網路時應要回復語音或文字訊息,且兩者無優先順序。在航情狀況允許下,使用者身為飛行員得以享有15分鐘、身為ATC為5分鐘的休息時間。如果使用者在主管呼叫下,在超過休息時間允許範圍後仍未以文字訊息回覆,應被處以斷線處分。此外,根據該違規行為,使用者可能會被刪除相關上線紀錄或是停權。
IR 2.3.1
Pilots shall read back and comply with ATC instructions and flight procedures unless these instructions impose immediate danger to the simulated flight.
飛行員應覆誦並遵守ATC的指示及飛航程序,除非該指令會對該模擬飛行將導致立即性的危險。
IR 2.3.2
Pilots shall contact applicable ATC and/or reply to ATC calls or force acts. Simulation of a radio failure (SSR code 7600) is no reason for ignoring ATC instructions unless instructed by IVAO trainers/examiners.
飛行員應聯繫適當的ATC、或回覆ATC的呼喚與強制呼叫。模擬無線電失效(詢答電碼 7600)不得最為忽略ATC指令的理由,除非該情境為IVAO教官或考官的指示。
IR 2.3.3
Pilots shall never connect on a runway or taxiway or in the air. To avoid conflict, re-connection shall be coordinated with available ATC prior to connecting.
飛行員不得在跑道、滑行道、或空中才進行網路連線。為了防止空中相撞,重新連線行為應要先與ATC進行協調後方得進行。
IR 2.3.4
Pilots shall use a valid (military or civil) callsign when connecting, and file a complete and valid flight plan before flight, following ICAO standard.
飛行員在連線時應使用有效的呼號(不論軍用或民用),並且根據ICAO標準,在進行飛行前提交一個完整且有效的飛行計畫。
IR 2.3.5
Pilots shall have their transponder activated during flight. If during flight no ATC is available pilots shall monitor “UNICOM” freq. 122.800 on their radio and announce their intentions on “UNICOM” to other pilots.
飛行員應在飛行過程中啟用詢答器。如果在飛行過程中沒有ATC提供相關服務,飛行員應監控通用頻率 122.800,並在該頻率宣告任何行為意圖給其他飛行員知悉。
IR 2.3.6
Simulating ‘hijack’ (SSR code 7500) is prohibited.
禁止模擬劫機行為(詢答電碼 7500)
IR 2.3.7
Pilots shall ensure they fly with a simulator rate of 1 regardless if this is adjusted manually or automatically.
飛行員應確保在模擬飛行軟體須維持與現實相等的時間速率,不論是以手動或自動化方式進行調整。
虛擬飛行員們除了要遵守上述由IVAO總部(HQ)訂下的IVAO網路使用規範外,網路內的各個國家或地區主要由各地區分部(Division)進行管理,例如英國與愛爾蘭分部(XU)、法國分部(FR)、以及負責中台港日韓菲泰越等地區的東亞分部(XE)等等。因此,飛行員們除了要注意需要符合該國家的現實民航規範以外,更要額外注意每個分部是否在分部網站上有特定的規範或建議需要玩家去遵守。
